Director of Operations and Engineering
Reid has been with the district for more than 20 years, serving in multiple roles including Journeyman Lineman, Area Manager, and Operations Superintendent beginning in 2017. He has served as the Director of Engineering and Operations since 2025.
In this role, Rubert oversees infrastructure maintenance, the fleet, and capital projects—critical functions that ensure our power stays on and our system remains reliable.
Reid is actively involved in numerous trade associations and has established himself as a leader within the industry.
