Director of Administration
Jeri Timm joined the Okanogan County Public Utility District in November 2015. Originally hired as an Environmental Coordinator, she advanced to Director of Regulatory and Environmental Affairs in July 2018. In 2025, Jeri assumed her current role as Director of Administration.
In this capacity, Jeri oversees a broad range of departmental functions, including regulatory and environmental affairs, governmental and public relations, human resources, customer service, energy conservation programs, and compliance and safety management for Enloe Dam. She is actively engaged in industry leadership, serving as a Board of Trustees Member for the Northwest Public Power Association, past Chair of the Engineering and Operations Conference, and former Chair of the Environmental Task Force Committee.
Jeri holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Whitworth University. Prior to joining the District, she managed complex fisheries enhancement projects, addressed water rights issues, secured environmental permits, and administered planning and development regulations.
