There will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Okanogan County on Thursday, February 23, 2017 commencing at 12:30 p.m. in the PUD Auditorium located at 1331 Second Avenue North in Okanogan.   The Special Meeting is being held as a Board Workshop for the purpose of reviewing the proposed Electric System Equity Management Plan and Electric System Cost-of-Service and Rate Design Study.
