There will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Okanogan County on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 beginning at 12:15 p.m. in the PUD Board Room located at 1331 Second Avenue North in Okanogan.  The meeting will be closed to the public, pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(4)(b) for the purpose of formulating its collective bargaining position.
