Outage Map
This map is based on estimates and projections of outages. Please note that, at times, the data available may be limited or delayed, as circumstances are constantly changing.
If you see a fallen power line, stay at least 35 feet away and always assume the line is energized. Electricity can travel through the ground. Call 911 immediately and never touch a power line. Keep others away until help arrives. If a power line falls on your vehicle, stay inside the vehicle and do not get out.

Report Outage
In the event of widespread or multiple outages requiring crews to respond in several locations at once, the outage map may not reflect real-time conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these situations.

Updates are made to estimated restoration times as conditions change.
During major storms, estimated time of restoration (ETRs) may not be available due to the large number of restoration jobs. Some restoration may require fallen trees and brush to be removed and/or pole replacements. When it can do so, the PUD will provide the best possible estimate of when power will be restored.

Winter Electric Outages & Emergency Preparedness
No matter how well-maintained and reliable our electric service normally is, harsh winter weather conditions can cause outages. We can expect outages for a variety of reasons – heavy snow that causes trees to fall into power lines, ice forming on lines, and vehicles skidding into power poles. Even though our crews work hard to restore power as quickly as possible, outages are much easier to live with if you’re prepared.

Medical Electrical Needs
The PUD encourages those with medical electrical needs to have a power outage preparedness plan such as proactively installing an emergency standby power supply to operate your medical equipment, obtaining backup equipment, or arranging emergency assistance with friends or family.
