Okanogan PUD provides wholesale telecommunications services and facilities to retail providers as authorized under RCW 54.16.  If you are the customer of a retail provider using PUD facilities and have a service or support issue, please contact your retail provider. 

You should visit your retail provider's website and write down their contact information, including telephone number, in the event you need to contact them and are unable to connect to their website.
