Enloe Dam Project

Introduction

Okanogan County PUD No. 1 (the PUD) is preparing an application for a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) license to restore the Enloe Hydroelectric Project on the Similkameen River. The Project will entail developing a small hydropower plant just below the existing dam, about 3.5 miles (6.4 km) northwest of Oroville.

Project Status

The PUD’s licensing team has prepared the Draft License Application for the Enloe
Hydroelectric Project and it is currently in the 90-day review process with a comment deadline of February 4, 2008.  The Draft License Application is available to review here.
